As a small, family-run estate, we prioritize traditional methods (oak barrel aging, mechanical soil cultivation, traditional press, manual riddling of bottles in the cellar...) while respecting the environment.
Committed to the zero-herbicide network since 2015 and certified HVE (High Environmental Value) since 2022, we place nature and biodiversity at the heart of our work.
